Our Edinburgh hub was established in 2021 to offer a recruitment solution to clients in Scotland and the North of England. We headhunt mid-to-senior level talent for both leading communications and marketing agencies and in-house communications and marketing teams.

We support our partners with a range of recruitment services from executive search, hiring teams, onboarding, championing diversity and inclusion, and providing valuable market insights. Businesses that we help range from exciting start-ups and growing scale-ups through to large, established multi-national companies. Our cross-sector industry experience includes financial services, technology, professional services, energy, oil and gas, healthcare, wellbeing and beauty, infrastructure, FMCG, and not-for-profit.

We specialise across strategic corporate and brand communications – both external communications and internal communications– as well as digital, sustainability, ESG, public affairs, and marketing.

Our team have local knowledge of Scotland and the North of England having grown up in the area, as well as expertise in the industry that they recruit in, coming from both communications and marketing backgrounds as well as recruitment.
