‘Gems in Comms’ is a new podcast series launched by Hanson Search in association with 9to5workrebels, exploring working experiences of Black, Asian, and Ethnic Minority talent in the UK PR and Communications industry.

Hosted by Hanson Search Advisor Ebony Gayle, the series provides real experiences from established Black, Asian and Ethnic minority professionals working in the PR and communications industry sharing valuable and impactful insights about their career journeys, racism at work, thoughts on diversity and what makes a good working environment.

Fiona Chow is the founder of Goadi Consulting and a communications expert specialising in work with startups in consumer technology, adtech and martech and professional services and a marketing advisor/director to a number of ICO and blockchain clients. Last year, she turned her experience working with startups, founders and investors into a new business, Ugly Babies – an impact consultancy that helps seed to Series B businesses get to their next stage in growth. She is also the co-host of the “Not Another Crypto Show” podcast – a top 1% podcast in its category.
