Salary expectations stabilised in 2023, after escalating salary hikes the year before, aligning with the shift towards employees seeking more purposeful opportunities and a normalisation of market conditions. Our survey reveals a balancing act performed during salary negotiations, made in an effort to offset substantial cost of living increases post-COVID.
