Senior Account Manager Job (Tech Department) in Paris
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join an internationally renowned communication agency, in their Tech department, in Paris.
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative communication strategies for clients in sectors such as cybersecurity, telecommunications, fintech, digital entertainment, data storage, network infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in client management, strategic planning, content creation, and business development initiatives.

Senior Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to clients on a daily basis.
Develop creative and impactful communication programs tailored to client objectives, leveraging the agency’s expertise.
Oversee the execution of communication initiatives to ensure exceptional quality and results.
Lead the development and production of various content types, including press releases, press kits, opinion pieces, studies, and social media posts.
Craft key messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, media contacts, influencers, analysts, and other stakeholders within the tech ecosystem.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide insightful advice and support to clients and internal teams.
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and assessments to track progress and demonstrate value to clients.
Contribute to the development of commercial proposals and assist with budget management activities.
Senior Account Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in communication, business administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information and concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
A keen interest in technology and a deep understanding of its socio-economic impact.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering strategic communication solutions.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirement: Professional proficiency in English is required and will be assessed during the interview process.
