Senior Account Manager/Account Director, Corporate & Sustainability – London

Are you a corporate communications specialist with an interest in sustainability? Do you like the idea of working across one core client to truly understand a business and its challenges? Then this job may be for you! We have partnered with an independent, global agency in London to help them hire their next SAM or AD for their purpose-driven corporate team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a successful and growing business, leading, driving, and managing clients and campaigns. You’ll be seen as a leader and active contributor to the business, and will champion a collaborative, positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, providing strategic and creative counsel, insights, and analysis
• Ensure the delivery of excellent, consistent service and results
• Brief the creative engineering team to bring concepts to life for multi-channel campaigns
• Contribute to new business pitches as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Manage and motivate direct reports, acting as a leader and supporting career development

Key Requirements:

• Experience in corporate reputation, strategic positioning, and behaviour-change campaigns
• Strong interest or experience in sustainability
• Excellent media relations skills and close relationships with notable media
• Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level and run accounts autonomously
• Robust understanding of integrated comms, and experience integrating PR with digital marketing, content, and broader marketing activities
