Role Requirements : Senior Account Manager – Brand
  • Proactively manage client portfolios, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and secure repeat business. You’ll also pursue new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored, high-quality solutions. Oversee project delivery, ensuring expectations are met with precision and professionalism.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track client interactions and sales activity, prepare performance reports, and support administrative processes like contracts and invoicing.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while contributing to the development of sales strategies and representing the brand at client meetings and events.
Person Specification : Senior Account Manager – Brand
  • A proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within the media, PR, or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of brand communications and consumer campaigns.
  • Strong ability to engage and retain clients at all levels, understanding their objectives and delivering bespoke solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • A balance of results-driven sales expertise and a client-focused approach.
