This is a London-based role with opportunities to work across international clients and collaborate with offices in Brussels, Dublin, and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and budgets, ensuring effective project management of account teams.
  • Develop and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at achieving tangible policy changes.
  • Organise high-profile events, engaging politicians, policymakers, healthcare stakeholders, and patient groups.
  • Provide clients with expert intelligence by leveraging networks and conducting in-depth policy research.
  • Create high-quality reports on varied topics, including business, trade, and healthcare policy.
  • Lead and support expert steering groups to drive thought leadership.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
  • Take a leading role in new business pitches, developing creative strategies and presenting to clients.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives to support business growth.
  • Relevant experience in public affairs consultancy, in-house public affairs, NGOs, Parliament, or similar organisations.
Key Requirements
  • Deep understanding of health policy, with expertise in the UK medicines access landscape and relevant organisations like MHRA, NICE, and NHS England.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic campaign development.
  • Skilled in mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Relevant experience in public affairs consultancy, in-house public affairs, NGOs, Parliament, or similar organisations
