In this role, you will immerse yourself in our markets, honing your communication skills, and developing into a top-tier head hunter. Your primary focus will be on candidates, supporting senior team members in sourcing and attracting the best talent in their respective markets. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from administration and database management to market analysis, candidate headhunting, and effective candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Mastery: Gain deep insights into our niche markets, becoming an expert in the field.
  • Effective Communication: Develop top-notch communication skills through interactions with candidates and colleagues.
  • Talent Identification: Assist senior team members in identifying and attracting top talent from within the market.
  • Database Wizardry: Manage our candidate database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Market Mapping: Create comprehensive market maps to track trends and emerging talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing support and guidance.

What are we looking for?

  • Enthusiasm for the marketing and communications sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using recruitment software and tools.
  • Someone with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn.
  • A background in research, sales and marketing is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
