Key Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative strategic communications campaigns using creative tactics and diverse channels to engage target audiences.
• Analyse complex policy, regulatory, and commercial issues and present them clearly and compellingly.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest standard.
• Develop engaging content with a dynamic writing style tailored to various audiences.
• Foster strong client relationships, maintaining responsiveness and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, while managing competing deadlines.
• Build and maintain robust networks with stakeholders to support impactful communication strategies.
• Contribute insights and demonstrate a strong eye for detail in your work.
• Drive strategic thinking and problem-solving initiatives, enhancing your expertise and value to clients.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in public affairs or strategic communications, ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of government, policy, and media in one or more of our key sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Commitment to fostering a positive team environment and supporting colleagues.
