We are seeking an expert in communications and media relations to join their team in Frankfurt.  As Product Communications Manager you will issue and promote Listed Products towards self-directed retail investors. This role will involve managing and cultivating relationships with the media, creating engaging social media/digital strategies, and ensuring effective communication and distribution of public information around a diverse range of multi-asset exchange-traded solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing media relations with relevant Print, TV, Online, Audio, and Social Media partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Building and nurturing strong relationships with media partners, fostering mutual trust and cooperation to enhance the public perception and image of the franchise.
  • Keeping the media partners updated about the latest product news, developments and initiatives related to the franchise. Conducting regular interviews across different media platforms to promote the company’s products and offerings.
  • Writing product-related articles for media outlets, such as client magazines and newsletters, informing and educating the target audience about the company’s products and services.
  • Actively participating in fairs and exhibitions, representing the company, and engaging with potential clients and stakeholders. Moderating Global Markets Events, providing expertise and insights to participants and facilitating knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaborating with team members on retail-facing channels, support website content management, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the team.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of capital markets and a comprehensive understanding of the company’s retail derivatives offerings.
  • A keen interest in staying well-informed about the latest stock exchange-related news, events, and global economic contexts.
  • Proficiency in engaging with media representatives across various formats, including TV, print, and online.
  • Strong marketing skills and interest in promoting Listed Products.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client needs.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Motivated, autonomous and proactive with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in German and English
