Our client is a global leading integrated creative network agency who are looking to bolster their senior management team in the GCC region. It’s the only truly integrated comms network – with Consulting, Advertising- Brand & Content, PR, Experience & Health under 1 P&L and under single leadership in the UAE region. With over 10 offices across the Gulf they are able to provide excellent growth opportunities internally with clear development training.
The agency is the most awarded Middle Eastern agency at Cannes as well as a big winner at the local awards show Lynx, Dubai. It counts around 500 staff members.
We’re on the hunt for a PR Director who brings value to our clients by analysing, solving, and presenting viable communication solutions to client problems. You will be a valued advisor and partner to client communication leaders and other agency senior communication leads, as well as the wider agency leaders, at similar levels. You identify and champion great work and understand the importance of flawless delivery. You are an exceptional leader of teams who inspires others to act courageously.
As a PR Director you will lead large & complex comms projects for major government organisations, armed with your experience and proven ability to think and do, you will execute these projects with a very high-level of competency. You are able to problem solve and create highly effective and fruitful working relationships with clients and colleagues, collaborating with other Capabilities and Crafts instinctively.
You also have a solid understanding of strategy and always ensure that you and the team are working towards strategic objectives.
This role would suit someone looking to take a step up into a senior client and team leadership role where you have full ownership on fostering client relationships and overseeing quality control of work.
Ideally Arabic speaking with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in agency within the GCC.
