We have partnered with award-winning communications consultancy, Pagefield, to help them find a talented, ambitious and well-connected Partner to join their established leadership team.
Experts in integrated campaigning, public affairs and corporate communications, Pagefield pride themselves on the depth and strength of their relationships across media, politics and industry.
The new Partner will be joining a core Partner team of four, reporting directly to the CEO and will share joint responsibility for leading all aspects of the agency alongside the other members of the senior leadership team.
Communications Partner Key responsibilities:
Delivering the highest standards of client service, strategic counsel and account administration at all times
Serving as strategic digital counsel lead for client engagements based on broad communications landscape and aligned to business goals
Maintaining and growing an extensive network of industry, media and/or political contacts that you are able to leverage for client programmes
Pro-actively generating new business and build out opportunities
Overseeing the financial management of accounts, taking steps to ensure profitability and value for the client
Facilitating digital-related client workshops and events, including related platform trainings, digital trend overviews, digital workshops and 101 sessions, etc.
Utilising data to drive agency recommendations and idea generation including ability to lead social listening and research projects to uncover clear and actionable insights
Taking an active role in converting leads across the Pagefield business as required including directing research; drafting / editing proposals or tenders; leading and participating in brainstorms; supervising and participating in pitch teams
Delivering against the agreed business strategy and financial targets for the agency
Being a line manager and credible mentor to our excellent team of Associate Partners, Consultants and Executives

Communications Partner Key requirements:
At least 10 years’ experience in corporate PR or digital communications – partly, if not wholly – spent working in an agency
A consistent track record of delivering and overseeing client programmes to a standard that exceeds client expectations
Strong people management and client relationships skills
Extensive experience in digital comms, with a strong track record of advising clients on digital strategies
A large network of influential stakeholders (media and/or political) that can be used to support client programmes and new business efforts
A passion for creative campaigns and results-driven programmes that include major digital elements
A track record of successfully managing financial elements of client accounts, including managing servicing and profitability as well as growing client accounts
Knowledge of relevant guidelines and legislation as they pertain to digital campaigning (e.g., GDPR)
