My client, a leading US based global investment bank, is seeking a new Executive to join their growing Marketing team. This role requires someone self-motivated, and results driven with a proactive approach to new projects. The new Marketing Executive will work across teams to contribute to the implementation of strategic marketing programs and will be responsible for supporting ad hoc marketing projects as they arise. The candidate, alongside the senior marketing team will work closely with the Marketing Managers and Marketing Director to help in the execution of day-to-day marketing activities as well as strategic initiatives. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and coordinating the publishing and approval process of various types of content, activities and campaigns (e.g. deal announcements, quarterly newsletters, reports, white papers, events and marketing collateral)
  • Collaborating with the events team to assist in the marketing and execution of conferences, webinars, receptions, and other client events as well as internal management events
  • Working collaboratively with bankers to leverage LinkedIn as a marketing vehicle
  • Assisting in monitoring and overseeing website content and posting; facilitating maintenance and updates on a quarterly and ad hoc basis
  • Maintaining CRM campaign lists, pulling reports, producing summary tables, and comparing data using vlookup

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, managing numerous projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines with the ability to work independently on a project as well as collaboratively as a team player
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities; ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
  • Computer savvy. Software proficiency with MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Some knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Mailchimp)
