They are highly successful across the EU, US and Asia and now they are searching for an aspiring agency founder in Germany.

They are looking for an entrepreneurial spirited Managing Director who is keen to launch their own PR agency. There will be back-office support and cashflow to help get you started, plus a network of other businesses and senior mentoring from day one to get you going. The ideal candidate will have a vision of which industry sector they would like to focus on, how to enter the market and how to attract clients.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience at a director level or above in a Communications/PR agency.
• Blue sky thinker with a clear vision and ability to set a strategy for agency growth, with competency in activating this strategy internationally.
• Business development-oriented and proactive self-starter, able to attract clients and identify business opportunities.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial drive with the ability to hire, grow, develop and lead a team.
• Highly networked individual, with an interest and desire to stay up to date with the current industry trends.
