We’re currently hiring for a for a senior and experienced Managing Director to join a leading global consultancy on their Campaigning team.

Our client is a global leader in strategic advisory and communications, supporting businesses and executives in tackling their most complex challenges. Their expertise spans corporate reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and proactive storytelling, offering tailored solutions that create meaningful and lasting impact. With a strong presence across industries and geographies, they work with senior leaders to navigate shifting market dynamics, protecting and enhancing their reputation in an ever-evolving world.

They are looking for candidates with a track record in leading the development of compelling corporate narratives and high-impact communications and campaigns aimed at a mix of consumer and corporate audiences. They will be strategic thinkers, strong writers and capable senior client advisors with varied experience and wide-ranging perspectives. They’ll be able to cut across sectors and switch seamlessly between disciplines, from reactive issues management to proactive storytelling.

Managing Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, shaping strategic communication frameworks that address complex reputational challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Provide expert counsel to senior executives, including C-Suite leaders and Corporate Affairs Directors, on managing communications during high-stakes scenarios.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that utilise multiple channels to engage diverse audiences and drive organisational objectives.
  • Inspire, support, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, securing organic growth, and contributing to strategic pitches.

Managing Director Key Requirements:

  • Over 12 years of professional experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns for global audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on strategic communications and reputational issues with authority and confidence.
  • Expertise in managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results while building a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Excellent storytelling and narrative development skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders, media, and diverse audiences.
  • A forward-thinking approach to digital communications, with a deep understanding of emerging trends and multi-channel strategies.
