Manager for Financial and Capital Market Communications, Frankfurt

We are seeking a Manager for a top global Financial and Capital Market Communications agency in Frankfurt. As part of their prestigious practice, you will advise leading companies and investors on financial and transactional communications, including IR, IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, and restructurings. You will play a crucial role in developing powerful ideas and telling compelling stories that travel at the speed of news, making an immediate impact, transforming culture, and sparking movements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on financial and transactional communications with a focus on Investor Relations, including IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, defense mandates, and disputes with investors.
• Support transformation processes, restructurings, and insolvencies.
• Develop and implement communication strategies and concepts.
• Manage cross-location or virtual teams.
• Lead new business development, generate opportunities, and anchor pitches.
• Maintain and develop senior business, banking, and media relationships.

Profile:

• Professional experience as a senior adviser in financial and transactional communications, ideally from other agencies or communications/marketing departments in a matrix organization.
• Confidence in navigating international environments.
• Access to decision-makers in business enterprises.
