This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global research, campaign and advisory firm as a Manager working across real estate, property development and infrastructure. This agency is committed to social research, corporate strategy and providing political strategic services to its clients.

In this role, you will join the team focused on research and strategy based findings to deliver a campaigns-based approach that has achieved huge success for its clients across the world. Their methods are focused on providing actionable insight and the Manager will play a vital role in helping to disseminate information and support key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth day-to-day management and growth of the agency and it’s projects
• Actively contribute to fully meeting and exceeding client needs at project-level and across all areas of responsibility
• Develop the new business network and retain and promote client portfolios
• Deliver project extensions and follow-on work, alongside new opportunities
• Line manage and professionally develop junior members of the team and contribute to improving their expertise in core areas

Key Requirements:

• Understanding and experience of developing a project and realising its aims and objectives
• Experience supporting junior colleagues as they learn and develop
• Track record of developing the management of larger and more complex projects for different clients
• Candidates who can demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking and provide innovative insight and resolution into complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide real time feedback
• Desire to develop your knowledge of core business areas and specialist areas of the agency
