This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly created International Policy practice within a leading organisation. This practice strives to help clients engage with and understand the processes of leading international institutions and how the policy is made and its implications

As an Associate (or Senior Associate), you will be working across policy issues that fall at the meeting point of tech, trade and geo-politics. This will enable you to work with a range of organisations across tech, FS, trade bodies and governmental organisations helping to think creatively about policy solutions to complex global issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to both analyse and advise on in-depth policy positions and the commercial knowledge to develop new business opportunities
  • Engaging with new clients, delivery pitches and developing policy strategies for clients
  • Growing the organisation’s relationships with international institutions and working on existing client accounts
  • The want and desire to develop and implement new business strategies
  • Contribute to regular tailored analysis and policy briefings for existing clients

Key Requirements:

  • At least four years of relevant experience, either within a national government role, political due diligence team, policy team of a corporate entity or trade association
  • Be a creative, entrepreneurial self-starter who is interested the bigger-picture international work
  • Someone who is interested in policy analysis and has the new business skills to support this
  • Experience pitching for and managing a new business process
  • The capacity and capability to do research for a range of different types of organisations
