Would you like to build, create and develop innovative and engaging internal communications?
You will help to shape and own how effective Internal Communications and Employee Engagement is delivered, a true greenfield opportunity, within a multi-national consultancy enjoying significant growth.
As the Internal Communications lead, you play a key role in developing a new position in the Global Marketing & Communications team – managing internal corporate communications, building a community of content providers for their Intranet, and helping the business share news in a consistent, timely, and professional manner.
As well as managing these activities, the role will require the right candidate to be entrepreneurial & organised – driving change in the organization and taking on projects to improve the internal communications systems & processes.
You’ll work closely in a small team with a lot of responsibilities across an exciting and growing consulting firm: there will be ongoing support to their HR communications, projects to promote their ESG work, and helping to build a new culture across the firm.
To be successful within this role you already have a proven track record of shaping and delivering innovative and engaging communication, previous experience of working in a high performance, values-based culture is essential.
