Missions:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with divisional leaders to identify and develop new product propositions, and execute acquisition strategies to create new revenue channels.
  • Revenue Growth: Play a pivotal role in achieving the divisional GP budget by capitalizing on new growth opportunities and enhancing brand presence in international markets.
  • International Strategy: Develop and lead strategies to increase sales opportunities and build relationships with key international partners, distributors, and institutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with the leadership team to integrate new revenue channels into business operations or develop new teams to manage innovative product propositions.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence within the business, motivating and supporting teams to achieve their full potential.

Profile Sought:

  • You are a seasoned international business leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new markets.
  • You have extensive experience in both B2B and D2C sectors, with a strong understanding of complex business operations.
  • Your strategic mindset and innovative approach allow you to identify and seize new opportunities, even in challenging market conditions.
  • You possess excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric focus, and a high level of numeracy and literacy.
  • You are a team player with strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring confidence and driving success across the organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively is essential for this role.
