Reporting to the CMO the Head of Creative is required to think conceptually, design and deliver impactful and effective multi-platform creative communications across multiple channels and countries.
Key Requirements:
- Highly skilled creative with significant experience working for an In-House premium brand – this must include international experience working across a multi-site organisation as well as multi-brands
- Proven commercial acumen needed to drive global growth and expert knowledge of current content platform best practices, technologies and creative standards
- Extensive experience in graphic design and content development – strong technical ability with prior experience writing and/or editing high quality, consistent copy for different distribution channels: print, digital, social and video content
- Innovative and creative thinking skills, and the ability to initiate and manage projects with geographically dispersed and diverse teams
- Reporting into the CMO, you must have the ability to present and deliver creative ideas
- Excellent organisational experience to work at pace and manage multiple projects with an ability to work in an agile and exciting environment whilst remaining calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Realising the creative vision, by leading the in-house creative team, to create and deliver multi-brand, multi-platform and multi-channel campaigns that meet the global business objectives
- Create and input global creative guidelines, developing creative ideas for advertising, brochures, social media, websites and promotional campaigns as well as production of creative content
- Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the quality standard of output across the marketing department
- Creating and editing copy that’s in line with the company’s tone, style and brand messaging for multiple regions – working closely with external creative agencies in each region, ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels and managing the process through all stages from briefing to delivery
- Work closely with both the Head of Brand and Head of Digital to ensure the creative direction is in line with brand values and develop strong internal processes and procedures working to a 12-month planning cycle
- Big picture thinker – managing the entire creative process, individual projects and the team to ensure the messaging is maintained to the highest standards and adhering to the brief
