I’m recruiting on behalf of an award-winning communications and social media agency, for an experienced Analytics Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Research & Analytics team that has been recognised multiple times by AMEC as Team of the Year.

The Role:

You’ll lead PR measurement and analytics across key client accounts, ensuring best-practice communications reporting. You’ll have deep experience in:

  • Experience in PR analytics, ideally in a PR agency setting.
  • Media Monitoring: Skilled in using leading media monitoring tools to track coverage across print, online, and social media platforms. You’ll be able to analyse how clients’ messages are being received by target audiences and report on key metrics such as sentiment analysis, share of voice, and media reach.
  • Client Management: Confidence in advising and guiding clients on communications measurement, including ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a team, setting clear goals and motivating them to deliver.

This role also requires strong technical knowledge of the tools and platforms that drive impactful reporting.

About You:

  • Significant experience in PR analytics and communications measurement.
  • Confident managing senior client relationships and offering strategic advice.
  • Strong team leadership experience, including managing junior and mid-level staff.
  • Willing to be based in or travel regularly to Manchester.
