Global Head of PR

Global business, set to IPO in the next few years is looking for a Head of global PR and communications.

Your role will be to develop and implement the overall PR and communications strategy – promoting the business globally, developing engaging and creative proactive campaigns and promote the incredible successes of the business to a global media audience. You will also be responsible for implementing communications governance, with a robust crisis and issues management plan, stakeholder management and global agency management.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Global brand experience for a well-known leading brands/businesses/organisations (in-house experience essential)
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Excellent academic background
• Entrepreneurial mindset – working directly with founder/manager owed business
• Must be able to demonstrate intellectual rigor, trust and longevity in their career
• Excellent communications experience in reputation building, crisis comms, stakeholder management and employee engagement (external)

Previous IPO experience is not required.
