Are you an experienced HR leader looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high-end environment?  Are you ready to become the future Chief Human Resources Officer? We are seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to lead and transform the HR function of this dynamic and growing organisation.

You will play a critical role in driving HR transformation, with a particular focus on Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Development. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement strategies that align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the market.

This role is ideal for someone with a global perspective, having worked with blue-chip brands, and a deep understanding of HR practices in a promotion-driven business. The role also presents a key opportunity for succession, as it is intended to develop into the future Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading HR transformation initiatives
• Developing robust Learning and Development programmes
• Overseeing Talent Management across the organisation
• Enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture
• Designing competitive compensation and benefits programmes
• Ensuring HR compliance with local labour laws

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant leadership experience in HR
• Proven track record in HR transformation
• Extensive experience in Learning and Development
• Strong understanding of HR in a high-end, promotion-driven environment
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
• High level of integrity
• Innovative and forward-thinking
