Global Head of Human Resources, Dubai

The role also presents a key opportunity for succession, as it is intended to develop into the future Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant leadership experience in HR
• Proven track record in HR transformation
• Extensive experience in Learning and Development
• Strong understanding of HR in a high-end, promotion-driven environment
