We’re currently hiring for a Financial Director Job.

Exciting role for an experienced Director to join a global Financial Industries Group in their London office.

This global powerhouse consultancy collaborates with major financial institutions, specialising in Banking, Insurance, Market Infrastructure, Payments, Asset Management, Private Equity, and Fintech. They counsel corporations on protecting and enhancing their reputations over the long term and have supported them through many of the most critical junctures in their history, including mergers and acquisitions, hostile defences, IPOs, capital raisings, leadership changes, governance matters, crises, and responses to activist shareholders

Role:

As a Director, you will lead the development and execution of communication plans, offer senior-level advice, and cultivate new business opportunities. You will oversee team operations, manage client relationships, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

You will develop and land regular and proactive ideas for clients, advising on critical issues impacting some of the world’s most influential businesses and play a leading role as day-to-day point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on strategic issues in financial services and broader business contexts.
  • Leading account teams, providing strategic direction, and handling media and regulatory matters.
  • Developing new business opportunities and extending client relationships.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and fostering team development.

Requirements:

  • Significant Relevant experience in financial services or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business and financial services, media handling, and global perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven project management experience and a collaborative mindset.
