The Director of Communications in Germany will lead all internal and external communication efforts, enhancing employee engagement and reinforcing the company’s public image. Reporting to the HR Director, the role will involve developing a proactive and integrated communications strategy that aligns with the company’s sustainability and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include managing media relations, PR campaigns, social media, crisis communication, and reputation messaging, while serving as the company’s spokesperson. Additionally, the role will work closely with HR to support employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

Key Requirements for the Director of Communications:

  • Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably within the manufacturing or technical industries.
  • Expertise in internal communications, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a cohesive internal culture.
  • Strong background in external communications, including media relations, PR, and social media, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Experience in crisis communication, including developing strategic responses and managing sensitive situations.
  • Fluency in English and German, with experience in multinational environments.
