Our client, an award-winning international communications agency, is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Brand-Corporate Director in Paris.

Position Overview:

As the Brand-Corporate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for the Brand/Corporate division. You will lead a team of 6 consultants, working collaboratively to enhance the reputation and communication strategies for their diverse clientele. This position reports directly to the agency’s General Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Planning:
    • Define and implement a strategic vision for the Brand-Corporate department.
    • Develop plans to target key companies and industries, expanding revenue sources.
  • Consulting and Communication:
    • Undertake strategic consulting missions in Brand-Corporate and public communication for clients within the network and the Paris office.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and develop multiple client accounts, building and maintaining high-level relationships.
    • Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives and oversee the implementation of Brand & Engagement communication plans.
  • Business Development:
    • Actively participate in the agency’s business development by fostering growth in existing clients.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and contribute to prospecting efforts.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the financial portfolio of the Brand & Engagement department in line with the Group’s profitability standards.
    • Provide regular reports on the financial performance of the portfolio.
  • Travel and Training:
    • Travel within France or abroad as required by clients and agency.
    • Provide guidance and training to the team in Brand & Engagement communication, client interactions, and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced in Brand-Corporate communication.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of client organizations, business models, priorities, and stakeholder environments.
  • Recognition as a positive change agent in previous roles.
  • Ability to leverage resources, cultivate relationships, and effectively supervise a team.
  • Demonstrated integrity in all professional dealings.
  • Mandatory proficiency in English.
