My client, a leading communications agency based in the heart of London, are dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful campaigns for their diverse range of clients. As they continue to expand their digital capabilities, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Associate Director to join their team.

As the Digital Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital strategies for clients, driving innovation and excellence in the ever-evolving digital landscape. You will lead a team of digital experts, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into overall communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement innovative digital strategies aligned with clients’ communication goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and ensuring digital strategies align with their overall communication goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel on digital best practices.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely implementation as well as analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (PR, creative, analytics) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client campaigns and work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the agency’s overall growth and success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital trends, technologies, and analytics
