Our client, a highly acclaimed global financial communications agency is looking for their new Head of DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), based in Frankfurt, to drive business growth across the region. As a key EMEA leadership team member you will lead strategic initiatives, expand their client base, and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Strategic Leadership:

– Spearhead the growth of the DACH business, achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets. 
– Shape and execute strategic plans across core business pillars, positioning the agency as a trailblazer across their market.

•     Client Impact:

– Lead major client relationships and key mandates, offering strategic counsel.
– Secure new business opportunities, elevating the agency’s market presence.

•     Team Empowerment:

– Provide visionary guidance to a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
– Attract top-tier industry talent, ensuring the team is empowered and motivated to excel.

Candidate Profile:

•     Seasoned Professional:

– Proven track record in financial services and strategic advisory.
– Extensive experience advising C-Suites and Boards of Directors.
– Strong network within the financial services industry and co-advisor communities.

•     Business Acumen:

– Successful history of generating new business, closing deals, and overall business development.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting compelling pitches and proposals.

•     Strategic Visionary:

– Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
