We are looking for a commercially minded CMO to help take this business on the next phase of its journey.  Operating in 20 plus countries, this highly profitable business with a multi-billion valuation is looking for a CMO who has both global, big brand consumer experience and who has worked in a start-up/scale up environment where they have had to work closely with the CEO.

You must have also worked across multi-geographical locations, managed global teams, worked on transformational projects and be a very commercially minded marketer. Excellent academic achievements are important and ideally some management consultancy experience.

The vision of the business is to double in size over the next 3-5 years and your role will be to provide the marketing strategy and support required to do that, ensure marketing is aligned with the business objectives and strategic goals, develop and oversee the team to ensure they have the right skills required for the ambitions of the business.
