Key Responsibilities – Associate Partner Public Affairs Job:
  • Lead and deliver strategic public affairs and communications programmes for a diverse client portfolio, with a focus on public affairs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and expanding the firm’s market presence.
  • Serve as a key client contact, ensuring excellent service delivery and proactive client management.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing office culture.
  • Work closely with the Head of Office to support the strategic growth of the Berlin team.
  • Represent the consultancy with gravitas and professionalism in client and stakeholder meetings.
Key Requirements – Associate Partner Public Affairs Job:

  • Strong knowledge of the German market and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead client accounts, deliver strategic advice, and manage complex projects.
  • Business development experience with a successful track record of revenue generation.
  • Charismatic leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
