This role provides the opportunity to lead creative, integrated campaigns that engage policymakers, healthcare professionals, patient groups, and media to make real, positive change.

Key Responsibilities : Public Affairs Manager/ Senior Account Manager

• Deliver high-impact, health-focused campaigns using effective communication channels to reach target audiences.
• Simplify complex policy, regulatory, and commercial issues into clear and compelling narratives.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
• Write engaging content tailored to diverse stakeholders with a dynamic and adaptable style.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing accessible and responsive support.
• Work collaboratively with a team, demonstrating initiative and dedication.
• Analyse current government, media, and business developments to inform strategies.
• Develop and apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.

Key Requirements : Public Affairs Manager / Senior Account Manager

• Proven experience in health policy, communications, or the life sciences sector, ideally with an agency background.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and curiosity, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting colleagues and team goals.
