Our client is an international creative communications agency, with expertise in making brands culturally relevant and connecting audiences across channels. Trusted by some of the largest and best-known brands in the world, they unite audiences, brands and culture across several markets including the UK, US and France.

In your role as a Fashion and Youth Culture Account Director based in Paris, you will be an important part of a new and growing function within the organisation. Reporting directly to the senior management team in the UK, you will deliver innovative PR campaigns aimed at a demanding audience who are interested in style, new culture and music.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Developing and overseeing the overall PR strategies for international clients in the fashion industry, in order to increase awareness with their target audience and expand their footprint in the French media landscape.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients and bring your expertise in running campaigns both nationally and globally.
  • Supporting full end-to-end campaigns, from the development of insights, strategy, content development, activation and amplification and effective measurement and reporting.
  • Finding inventive solutions and compelling ways to deliver engaging campaigns and turn innovative ideas into reality, while partnering and collaborating with the international teams to identify unique storytelling opportunities.
  • Nurturing and expanding client relationships; identifying potential leads and areas of growth with existing clients, as well as broader new business leads.
  • Training and guiding junior team members and contributing to company culture.

Key Requirements:  

  • Several years’ experience working in an agency in France, with focus on Fashion PR and Gen Z trends with strong French media and influencers relationships.
  • Ability to manage clients’ budgets, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker who is digitally minded and revenue oriented, with unrelenting ambition to drive growth and make things happen.
  • Naturally curious about fashion, music and youth culture, with a desire to stay up to date with the current industry trends.
  • French native speaker and business fluent in English.
