On 13th December Hanson Search hosted a panel event to discuss the UK Healthcare policy.
The UK health system is currently under immense pressure, with long wait times, lack of funding and staff shortages leading to delays in treatment for millions. There is unsustainable pressure on health and care services, and COVID has revealed many of the vulnerabilities in the health of our population from obesity to mental health. There is also the cost-of-living crisis affecting not only Britain’s wallets but will also having a huge effect on health, with families unable to afford to heat their homes or purchase healthy meals.
In this webinar hosted by Peter Ferguson, Senior Consultant at Hanson Search, our panel of experts discussed how the new government will navigate these issues and create a sustainable way forward.
