We recently held a breakfast event on transforming HR landscape in the UAE, hosted by leading talent advisory and headhunting consultancy, Hanson Search.

The event, Transforming HR for Tomorrow: Culture, Talent, and Technology in the UAE, will explore the fast-evolving HR landscape, and what HR leaders in the region can do to keep up.

Conversation will centre around how business leaders and HR functions should collaborate closely and strategically to hire, develop, and retain the best talent, with a particular focus on the impact of technological advancements like AI.

On the day, we’ll be joined by HR, comms, and recruitment experts with first-hand experience transforming HR functions within the region. Our panel will be sharing practical advice for retention strategies, unique insights about engaging with Gen Z candidates, and tips on how to best work with recruiters.

  • Alice has over two decades of experience in talent. She is the Founder and CEO of Hanson Search and The Work Crowd.  She also serves as the Chair of the People and Culture Committee for PRCA MENA.   • Samir is a turnaround and integration specialist with experience in leading corporate organizations through transformation, from M&A, Joint Ventures to culture and leadership transformation journeys. Partner at EYs People Advisory Services, with over 20 years experience.

John Rynehart, Director, Head of UAE, Kekst CNC:

  • John is a senior communications leader with a background in journalism, public relations, and marketing. He is currently a Director at Kekst CNC and a member of the People and Culture Committee at PRCA MENA.
