Hanson Search launches a new training programme to help clients attract, convert, and onboard exceptional talent into their business

We’ve taken feedback from our clients and launched a new service, our Hanson Search training programme, to help you better attract and retain great talent. In today’s competitive market, attracting the right people, assessing their skills and abilities, and winning them over to join your business is crucial. And you then have a small window of opportunity in which you must get them up to speed and ensure they have an early positive experience with clear communication and goals.

These comprehensive, workshop-style sessions, launched in partnership with international executive mentor Sally Henderson, will cover the three key areas where people are struggling the most:

At these sessions, you will hear about the most common mistakes hiring managers make and how to rectify them, and learn tried and tested methods of attracting, hiring, and onboarding star talent. Commenting on the new endeavour, Hanson Search CEO Alice Weightman said: “I am delighted to announce that Hanson Search has launched a training arm to help businesses find and attract the best talent. This programme will allow us to work more closely with our clients to help them secure the best talent in the market and that starts with the right job briefs, great interview technique and on boarding them. If you get these three things right, you’ll see your success rates rocket!”
