Join a leading global hospitality group as their very first Internal Communications Manager. This pivotal and newly-created role, reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, focusses on developing and delivering engaging internal communications strategies to support and enhance the employee experience across their diverse, international workforce.

You’ll be responsible for driving employee engagement, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring alignment with their brand values and mission. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital communications, and building meaningful connections in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities for the Internal Communications Manager:
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives through effective communication.
  • Design and implement communication strategies, creating action plans that align with business objectives.
  • Produce engaging content for various communication channels, ensuring it is appropriate for the target audience.
  • Coordinate internal communication campaigns, working with various departments to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Manage and update internal communication platforms, including the intranet and other collaboration tools.
  • Ensure internal communications align with company strategy, brand values, and corporate identity.
  • Organise and support internal events, such as town halls and engagement activities.
  • Monitor and analyse the impact of internal communications, continuously improving practices based on feedback.
  • Provide communications support during periods of organisational change, including crisis communications planning.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand Manager to ensure consistency in printed materials, adhering to brand guidelines and sustainability goals.
Internal Communications Manager Requirements:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Skilled in crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content for internal audiences.
  • Experience in communicating with deskless workers and employees across multiple countries and languages in EMEA.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in assessing and adapting communication strategies based on feedback and metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and multi-media platforms.
