We are working with an international NGO which aims at building a more sustainable, secure, and just food system for all parties involved: people, animals, and our planet.

To further strengthen their team, they are looking for a Research and Resource Manager who will be responsible for the ins-and-outs of industry research in their corporate engagement team.

By working with scientists, businesses and policymakers our client aims to make plant-based and cultivated meat affordable and accessible across Europe. Their projects reduce the environmental impact of our current food system, decrease the risk of certain diseases, and enables feeding more people with less resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the identification and prioritisation of industry research and resource needs
  • Coordinate with colleagues and external stakeholders to implement market and consumer research projects
  • Create communications materials and reports, as well as developing new resources
  • Cooperate with corporate engagement colleagues for global development
  • Oversee internal knowledge management: external reports, market and consumer research, update and organize presentation decks, charts, studies

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in the food industry, other consumer goods sectors, start ups or market/ consumer research companies
  • Relevant research, analysis and/or consumer insights experience
  • A passion for changing the game in the food industry
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills and experience with Excel and data management
  • Be a self-starter – one with motivation and initiative to take on responsibility and solve problems
  • Excellent English, particularly in writing and the willingness to work remotely in a rapidly growing organisation
