In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a successful and growing business, leading, driving, and managing clients and campaigns. You’ll be seen as a leader and active contributor to the business, and will champion a collaborative, positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, providing strategic and creative counsel, insights, and analysis
- Ensure the delivery of excellent, consistent service and results
- Brief the creative engineering team to bring concepts to life for multi-channel campaigns
- Contribute to new business pitches as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Manage and motivate direct reports, acting as a leader and supporting career development
Key Requirements:
- Experience in corporate reputation, strategic positioning, and behaviour-change campaigns
- Strong interest or experience in sustainability
- Excellent media relations skills and close relationships with notable media
- Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level and run accounts autonomously
- Robust understanding of integrated comms, and experience integrating PR with digital marketing, content, and broader marketing activities
