Supercell is looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Employer Branding professional to join their Global Corporate Communications Team.

The Communications Team at Supercell is a small and committed team dedicated to helping Supercell succeed in the mission to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever. Your key responsibility is to lead internal communications and work with the Comms Lead and Leadership Team, as well as other team leads to improve the flow of communication throughout the company. Change management is something you’ve worked with previously successfully, and you know how to guide also others to succeed in it. In addition, you’ll support employer branding, working closely especially with the recruitment team.

Our four offices are spread around the globe, with one remote game studio in North America, and specific roles are fully remote. You get to make sure everyone can feel included, no matter their location, and ensure everyone shares the same vision for the company. We believe that for us to keep building an environment of trust and build on our mission, we need everyone to feel they understand what their colleagues are doing and why. You will support different teams with their needs and develop good practices for Supercell’s internal communications.

Since Supercell is all about talent, and you are already communicating with our internal talent, you will also work on employer branding. We want to attract and retain the very best people in the world, so we need to be visible (and loud) to be seen as a potential working place. Together with our recruitment team, you will create & execute a plan to promote Supercell as it is – the best place to create the best games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing our internal communication
  • Sparring with other teams & Supercellians about their communication needs
  • Supporting recruitment team in employer branding with communication and events
  • Identifying new opportunities to connect teams and individuals, strengthen inclusion & belonging and improve information flow
  • Creating & executing the corporate communications strategy and plan together with the comms team

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications
  • Experience in employer branding is also highly appreciated
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • In-house experience in a global company
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to your work
  • Experience working directly with the leadership team
  • Experience in influencing staff at all levels
  • Experience in planning and executing change management
  • Ability to build trust
  • Passion for games is a plus, especially Supercell games
