We have partnered with one of the world’s most well-known companies in the luxury spirits business, William Grant & Sons (Glenfiddich, Grants, Hendrick’s Gin, The Balvenie, Monkey Shoulder, etc) to find their next Global Corporate Communications Specialist. 

In this role, you’ll be working as part of the fast-paced corporate communications team based in Richmond, the company’s London home for its brand and commercial teams.  

Sitting at the heart of the business, the role involves working closely with the Executive Board and senior leadership teams to deliver a world-class corporate and internal communications strategy. You’ll be developing comms plans, creating engaging content for colleagues and playing a lead role in communicating the company’s approach to Corporate Social Responsibility, with a special focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the Global Corp Comms Manager to evolve and deliver a world-class corporate comms strategy, with a specific focus on internal comms 
  • Support senior leadership teams to translate and communicate key messages and initiatives across all business functions 
  • Develop comms plans and create communications assets for key company projects within the business 
  • Support the ongoing development and creation of content for all owned channels 
  • Support in the development of measurement matrix to support the delivery of effective and strategic comms  

Requirements 

  • Experience in leading and delivering significant internal and external activities  
  • Corporate communications experience, ideally within a PR agency (or relevant in-house company), having worked with global business clients 
  • Experience working with employees at all levels within an organisation, especially senior management  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Creative mindset, passionate about corporate comms and a good knowledge of current trends
