- Supervise and develop a team, optimizing work allocation, skill enhancement, and digital publishing proficiency
- Deputy role for key directors and contribute to the Bank’s communications strategic plan
- Guide design, user experience, and functionality of digital products
- Advise and craft speeches for the President, guide media appearances, and collaborate with other teams
- Foster strong internal and external networks, oversee digital media guidelines, and ensure ethical conduct
