Looking for a brilliant Global Communications and Marketing Manager for one of the leading global strategic advisory groups. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Global Marketing Director to shape and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies. Operating on a global scale, they provide critical communications and reputational advice to businesses, governments, and international organizations.
They are seeking a talented individual with a passion for communications and marketing to drive fame and visibility for the collective, initiatives, and industry-leading intelligence through communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to promote the companies news, acquisitions, hires, and wins.
- Assist in creating and driving content strategy, including a content calendar for all marketing channels.
- Foster internal agency connectivity for timely and brand-aligned content production.
- Develop compelling content through thought leadership, research, white papers, webinars, and signature moments.
- Explore, recommend, and implement new tools and techniques for innovative solutions in internal and external communications.
- Liaise with agencies and global leadership to present features in trade press and online publications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media for partnerships, thought leadership, and increased visibility.
- Devise and manage a global social media strategy aligned with the communications plan and manage and audit social media channels for engagement, content, and growth ensuring brand alignment across platforms.
- Organise and develop new ideas for events and networking opportunities to widen the groups reach and influence as well as contributing to the yearly internal Summit.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a strong background of 4-5 years+ in PR, marketing, social, and content, ideally in the professional services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills. Process driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven experience in setting and implementing social media and content strategies and tactical understanding of primary social media platforms.
- Creative, reliable, responsible, and able to work in quick turnaround environments.
- Ability to think creatively to overcome global reach and logistical challenges.
- Initiative to get things done without constant approvals.
- Experience with platforms such as Brevo, WordPress, InDesign, and Canva (basic design skills) is a benefit.
