I am currently working with a fast-growing, innovative, and award-winning healthcare comms agency who are currently looking for a Digital and Social Lead to join their team. They are a delightful team, based in stylish offices in Covent Garden.  As Digital Lead, you will spearhead on digital strategy, driving the development and execution of cutting-edge campaigns that connect with diverse audiences.

Other responsibilities include:

• Leading the digital strategy for client campaigns and internal projects.
• Overseeing the creation of digital content, including social media, websites, apps, and other online platforms.
• Analysing and optimizing digital performance to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
• Managing and mentoring a team of digital specialists to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with creative, medical, and account teams to integrate digital solutions into broader campaign strategies.
• Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to keep our agency at the forefront of innovation.

The successful candidate will have healthcare/pharma experience and experience in pitching for and winning business that requires an emphasis on social media and digital content. You will understand the best practice in campaign management as well as experience with social listening tools and account handling.
