Role Overview:

As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent within the US market. This is a strategic, consultative search role where you will act as a key player in networking, hosting round tables, and frequently visiting New York to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the US market.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches, utilising advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence specific to the US.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and consumer insights in the US to offer strategic advice and solutions to clients and candidates.
  • Network extensively, hold round table discussions, and travel to New York regularly to engage with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO to achieve business objectives and exceed targets
