Do you have a passion for customer service and a knack for managing recruitment projects from start to finish? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will be a crucial member of a leading online test user recruitment service in Europe, working closely with clients from renowned companies.

Missions:

  • Customer Support: Independently manage customer support queries via calls and emails, serving as the first point of contact during service hours (8:30-17:30h CET).
  • Troubleshooting: Handle issues such as late cancellations, non-attendance, and other participant-related problems efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ticket Management: Address customer and user requests using our ticketing systems, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.

Profile Sought:

  • You have a background in customer service or a similar office role, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You are a native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • You are passionate about delivering first-class customer service, with a proactive, flexible, and structured approach.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and can handle difficult customers or situations by offering effective solutions.
  • You are capable of working under pressure, especially during peak times, and can meet demanding recruitment deadlines.
  • You have the ability to prioritize urgent tasks effectively and adapt to new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
  • You enjoy contributing as a team player and are eager to constantly develop in this long-term role.

Outstanding but Optional:

  • Fluency in German, in addition to French and English.
  • Experience in project or partnership management.
  • Familiarity with service hub platforms like Hubspot and/or Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss market.
