We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Associate Director of Strategic Communications to join a leading consultancy in London. Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director:
  • Lead strategic communications programmes, providing structured advice, problem-solving, and innovative campaign direction across key sectors, including transport and energy.
  • Analyse and address complex policy, regulatory, and commercial issues to support client objectives and advance reputational goals.
  • Actively contribute to business growth through networking, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive, high-performance team environment.
  • This role requires a minimum of two days in the central London office, with up to three days remote working.
Associate Director Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or a related field, with experience in integrated campaigns within transport, decarbonisation, or similar sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage relationships, lead projects, and communicate effectively.
  • Inquisitive, client-focused, and goal-driven, with an enthusiasm for learning, influencing, and contributing to team success.
  • Experience in a consultancy setting is advantageous.
